The System · Live reference deployment

The live reference system

The answer to "is it real?" — a governed multi-agent architecture that runs as a live reference deployment: multi-node, council-governed, with full audit trails. Designed and built by the founder.

Trust the architecture, not the agent.

The operational domain is confidential. The governance mechanics are shown without redaction.

Gate logic, vote records, cryptographic signing, audit trail format — all shown. The domain they govern is not named. This page presents the mechanics with domain-neutral fields only.

How a decision moves

Every action follows the same path: propose, gate, deliberate, sign, record. No shortcut exists around it.

A failed or vetoed decision path is part of the record and will be shown. The veto path ships with the artifacts below.

Annotated decision trace

One real decision, end to end: proposal, gate result, the council votes with reasoning, outcome, signature, and the resulting audit-log entry — in domain-neutral form.

Decision record — public case file not yet released

The founder-supplied decision record will appear here, formatted and redacted to the schema: abstract field names only (target_entity, action_type, confidence_score), no domain nouns, no timestamps beyond the as-of date. Each step will carry a margin annotation naming the architectural property it demonstrates — for example, blind vote (the proposer cannot see votes as cast) and fail-closed (a single veto is sufficient to block).

Audit-log excerpt — public case file not yet released

A redacted excerpt from the immutable (append-only, tamper-evident) audit log will appear here: who proposed, who approved, who could have vetoed, and why — signed.

The record, counted

129

Council decisions recorded

Each deliberation carries recorded reasoning and a blind vote — the proposer cannot see votes as they are cast.

333

Votes cast against

Dissent is a normal, logged outcome of the process — not an exception to hide.

59

Decisions approved and signed

Every approved decision carries a cryptographic signature and is appended to the audit log.

Live vs product

Live

This system — internal reference (dogfood)

The architecture on this page is SICA's own internal reference deployment. It is what we run, and it is the reference the product is built from.

In Build

Gatekeeper — the product

The governance platform we are building from this live system: policy-as-code gates, approval/veto routing, council voting, fail-closed escalation, immutable audit log. See the Platform page.

Built by the founder

The live reference system — council with logged reasoning and blind voting, cryptographic signing, immutable audit trail — was designed and built by the founder. Designed to make authority, review, and escalation visible before action is taken.
